As well as our team of volunteer drivers and MIDAS trainer, TINN currently has three permanent members of staff; a Chief Executive Officer to oversee the scheme and progress the future direction of the business, a Coordinator to manage the day to day operation of the charity and a part-time Administration Assistant.

TINN is a registered charity, also a Company Limited by guarantee which is managed by a Board of Directors:
